Our positive behaviour strategy is based on our learners 'Being Brilliant'. We hold a celebration assembly on a Friday afternoon every week, where children receive certificates for their efforts. We also invite parents/carers in to share this experience, as well as sending a special postcard home.

Step Up Market Challenge
Fantastic news our Marshfields 'Bits and Logs' team are through to the final of Step Up Market Challenge on Darley Street in Bradford on Saturday 6th July 2013. We are so proud of them
Wake up! Shake up!
Every Wednesday, Miss Penrose will be in the playground at 8:45am to run a 'Wake up! Shake up!' session.
So far, it has been a huge success with children, staff and parents and carers joining in. This is a fun, dance exercise, which has proven to give children an active, healthy start to the day. Please could you try to bring your child to school for 8:45 on this day - we look forward to seeing you all there and taking part with us!
VLE
Virtual Learning Environment
Please can we remind children, parents and carers to ensure that the VLE is used safely and sensibly. This is an exciting tool for you to use and to extend your learning and must be used following our school e-safety rules. It has been great to see lots of children using the VLE as a learning and communication tool.
Attendance
Our school target is 95% of children or more each week
We would like to remind you to make every effort to ensure that your child attends school every day, where possible, and on time. Children need to be at school for 8:55 so that they are in class and ready to learn for 9:00.
